Welcome to Made by Mortals. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Made by Mortals. We operate this store and website (the “Services”) to provide you with our products and shopping experience. Our Services are powered by Shopify. By browsing or placing an order on our site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory to use our Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your details accurate and secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Products
We make every effort to ensure our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor and device settings. Measurements and sizing are approximate and minor variations may occur between items of the same style. As many of our pieces are handmade, slight differences in finish, fabric placement, or texture may occur—these are not considered faults but part of the unique nature of the product. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product, to discontinue products at any time, or to change descriptions, prices, or availability without notice. All products are for personal use only and are not to be resold without our permission.
3. Orders & Cancellations
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment is received and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect misuse). If we cancel, we’ll notify you using the details you provided.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping, duties, or taxes may be added at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but the price at checkout is final for that order. You must provide accurate billing and payment information. Payment must be received in full before we confirm your order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We use trusted carriers to deliver your order. Delivery times are estimates only and delays can occur outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
