All orders are sent from the Central Coast, NSW.

We dispatch on Mondays and Thursdays, aiming to ship your order within 72 hours.

We ship via Australia Post

Free standard shipping on orders over A$300

Orders under A$300: 

Standard $12 Delivery estimate, 3-7 business days from dispatch

Express $15 Delivery estimate, 1-5 business days from dispatch. 

International Orders

We Send Express via Australia Post 

New Zealand: A$30 (6-9 Business Days from dispatch) 

Asia Pacific / USA / Canada: A$35 (6-9 Business Days from dispatch) 

UK / Europe / Brazil / South Africa: A$40 (6-9 Business Days from dispatch) 

Rest of world: A$50 (6-9 Business Days from dispatch)

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Made by Mortals has no control over these charges, which must be paid before delivery.

These vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local authorities.

If an order is returned due to unpaid duties, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. While we can’t guarantee delivery times or outcomes, we’re happy to support you if anything goes wrong, just reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
