All orders are sent with tracking. Once marked as delivered, we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels, so we recommend using a secure delivery address
International Orders
All international orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping rates are displayed in your local currency at checkout.

Customs & Duties
For orders to the USA, customs duties are included in the product price, so there are no additional customs charges on delivery.
For all other international orders, any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Made by Mortals. We have no control over these charges. You will be notified by the local carrier if any payment is required before delivery.
Charges vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
If an order is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. While we can’t guarantee delivery times or outcomes, we’re happy to support you if anything goes wrong, just reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
